Described as constantly out of it, Libellule seems to go through life dragging himself along. She's pessimistic, and just wants to survive. Despite hating C.O.G.S Inc. They can't bring themselves to leave Toontown. Muse tries muse's best to appear friendly enough, but often comes off as fake... Because it very much is. Libellule is naturally highly paranoid, and has very bad anxiety issues. He doesn't ever want to be attached to anything, because as far as they know... she'll just have to leave it the next day. Unfortunately for Libellule, that's easier said than done.

Libellule used to be much happier and excitable when first applying to C.O.G.S Inc. along with their twin. In fact, one might even say muse used to be a little mean. However, she was oblivious to her nasty reputation of being completely incompetent and talentless. Muse often followed along with whatever Sauterelle did, since they were always the more outspoken of the two. They were never seen apart... That is until Libellule realized just how much they were being hurt and abused. After that, he ran away. Whether that was for the better or the worse... one cannot quite say.
