Gifcity has a lot of graphics (like page decor and stuff) but ALSO comes with code snippets.
Wireframe if youre struggling to plan how your code is gonna look, this is the site for you. you can make visual mockups based on various screen sizes. its cool.

HTML Color Codes picking colors SUCKS but this site makes it kinda easy. you can automatically see what colors work well with it. and make your own palettes. YEAH!
Colorhunt ... if you prefer a more vibes-based color palette, you might find colorhunt to be a better choice for you.
Color Blender you can blend colors, like ANY colors. awesome gradients!!!!

OpenUtau free open source vocal synthesizer software. it's a huge improvement on the original Utau, and a good start for anyone interested in vocal synthesizer software.
VocaLoader site dedicated to USTs, SVPs, VSQXs... this is all vocal synth jargon to most people sorrgy (not rlly).
UtaFormatix convert USTs, SVPs, and VSQXs into each other. so they work in other programs. yay.
