Prices are negotiable depending on the design. Simpler designs may be cheaper than more complicated designs. My style is built for simple!

Background options for all non-full pieces can be one of the following: single color, simple pattern, pride flag, or no background.

Extra characters are half the price of the base commission

By commissioning me, you indicate that you have read and understood everything in this section. Ignorance will not be considered an excuse for unacceptable behavior. Failue to abide by these may result in a blacklist from future commissions.

TERMS OF SERVICE

REFERENCES

References for characters to be drawn are REQUIRED. Everything else (poses, expressions, backgrounds, etc.) is optional, but highly preferred if on hand.

Flat colored references are preferred, but I will work with shaded/painted references.
Traditional references are okay, but I may require extra assistance for colors. Same applies to Real Life references.
At minimum, the references MUST be the same length as the piece commissioned (A halfbody will work for a bust or a halfbody piece, but not for a full one).
References made from dollmakers (Gacha life, Lily story, Picrews, etc.) are okay.
"Collage" references, or character designs that are just a bunch of images thrown together, are NOT okay.

Please alert me of any reference inaccuracies before I start work. Major changes may incur a fee.
Be as specific as you can for what you want! I'm all okay for having free reign, but any help is really appreciated.

EDITS AND PROGRESS

You have the option to opt-in for progress shots during various points in the process. This may slow down your commission, but will allow you to get a more accurate piece to your liking.

This is optional however, as I can simply send you the full piece when I'm done. This will make the commission go faster, but will make edits harder to do.

Edits may incur a fee depending on how major they are. I may outright refuse major changes late into the pieces development.
All unfinished portions will have a watermark to prevent potential theft.

CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS

Both I and the commissioner hold the right to cancel at any point for any reason said or unsaid.
Refunds are given based on how far along in the process the commission was prior to cancellation.
If the commission had not been formally started yet, a full refund will be given. On the other hand, after a piece has been completed no refund will be provided.

ART USAGE

What the commissioner may or may not do with their piece somewhat differs from the rules of my other non-commission pieces.

ALLOWED

Personal use such as banners, profile pictues, wallpapers, etc. with credit.
Reposting to sites such as Toyhou.se or Artfight with credit (I have accounts on both).
Reuploading to sites I do not use (i.e X/Twitter or Bluesky) with credit
Minor edits or touch-ups being made to the piece.
Using the piece for promotional material such as a banner or channel icon.

NOT ALLOWED

Claming the piece as one's own, or otherwise removing credit/my signature.
Reuploading to Instagram or Tumblr (I have accounts on both, I tend to post finished commissions there unless otherwise specified).
Using the finished piece for commercial use (i.e reselling the piece as a commission, or physically).
Minting/selling my work on the blockchain, or otherwise minting it into an NFT.
Feeding my work into AI art generation programs.
Tracing or remodeling my piece.

MISC.

My signature is NON-OPTIONAL. It cannot be removed for any reason.
I tend to reupload my work onto social media for the sake of exposure. Please inform me if this is not to your liking.
I can work on deadlines, but they must be given up to 2 weeks in advance. Tighter deadlines are not guarenteed.
Pieces take a minimum of a week to complete. No more than 2 months unless specified. If any significant delays occure I will inform the commissioner.
That being said, please understand that I have a personal life with work, school, family, other commissions, etc. I cannot always work on your commission 100% of the time. I will not tolerate rude behavior!
